Eduardo Donoso

Executive Director

Eduardo has over 25 years’ experience as an Engineer working within the Heavy Engineering, Mining, Defence and Maintenance Service Industries. He is recognised internationally for his work as a Director, Supplier and also a Customer specialising in the review, analysis and negotiation of contracts.

With 20 years directly associated with Management, Eduardo has developed the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels from large companies and organisations through Governments and its related entities, developing strategies for meeting those needs and work with the industry participants to provide a safe, quality and cost-effective services.

Currently he is an Executive Director with Donoso Enterprises Limited, Donoso & Sons Pty Ltd (Australia), DNS Holdings Ltd (United Arab Emirates), Australian Supply Group Pty Ltd (Australia), AES Latin America & Caribbean SpA (Chile) and Global One SpA (Chile). His also the Latin American Director for Australian Trade Alliance Pty Ltd (Australia).

Prior to establishing Donoso Enterprises Limited Eduardo held a number of Executive Directorships positions with, Louminco Pty Ltd, Whyalla Fabrications Pty Ltd, E&A Contractors Pty Ltd, Heavymech Pty Ltd, ILS Ltd (Hong Kong) and he was a senior Executive within the EAL Limited Group, a publicly listed entity (ASX) since 2007.

 

Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and an Associate Diploma of Mechanical Engineering. He is also a Member of the Regional Development Board – Whyalla & Eyre Peninsula Inc. (Australian Federal Government – Individual Appointment), Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was a Member of Aboriginal Employment Cluster, Fellow/Member/Council Member of Ai Group Business Council for SA and a Member of the Advisory Committee to the Industry Capability Network of SA.
